linux-ipsec: First progress on the Alpha....

I've just managed to run spi without causing the free-list problems...

I changed all the unsigned long s in libdes/fcrypt.c to be __u32 and added a #include to <linux/types.h>

I've not tried to send it any packets yet :-)
