Please do. Making the stuff work "right out of the box" on SuSE Linux in particular is something we will want to do soon, and it would be quite helpful to hear details of past experiences with this sort of thing. I think I have a rough idea of where the problems lie, but I may not have recognized all of them.

(Slackware, unlike SuSE, is not specifically a priority, but if we can do it for Slackware without much difficulty -- perhaps as a side effect of doing it for SuSE -- then we'll certainly try. The more different Linuxes it runs on, the better.)
