My fault, twice. Once for the CHANGES file being out of date... although it is not likely that you'd have connected the CHANGES entry for this with the problem, it's a little too indirect. And once for the bug, which had to do with the way multiple IPSEC interfaces are handled -- the code was tested, but things in related areas mutated thereafter, and it wasn't re-tested quite well enough. Apologies for both.

Bug fixed, CHANGES will be updated tomorrow.
