linux-ipsec: More on newer DES library version stuff

Using the code from SSLeay was a BAD idea :-(

However these is a stand alone version available, and with only a slight tweak to des.h to make DES_LONG a unsigned int rather than unsigned long (**) and one change to the makefile in /klips/src , it has build the kernel OK....

Its late now so it will have to wait until tomorrow to get its first try :-)

(**) Guess what... with DES_LONG set to unsigned long, the des library fails ALL its tests :-) You DO need to get these things right :-)
