The latest actual release was 0.90; that, and a current code snapshot, can be found via the web page (http://www.xs4all.nl/~freeswan/). We're hoping to have an updated release soon, but can't promise an exact date. > 2) Where can I find documents to install it properly?

Not quite -- in IPSEC, protecting packets going between the clients is not quite the same thing as protecting packets going between the routers themselves. It is best to test the same configuration you plan to use, i.e. have a client machine behind each router.
