linux-ipsec: freeswan snapshot Nov30th config questions

Had a question on setting up freeswan snapshot Nov30th.

It appears the tunnel is up on both ends, however we don't have connectivity through the tunnel. We do have connectivity on the outside interfaces. I will also mention, we're using masq. Connectivity is working from the inside network 10.x.x.x to the internet via the outside interfaces on both ends (ie masq is working)

I've included barf files for each end.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
