linux-ipsec: Informations about isakmp

Hi,

I am french student in cryptography and I have to implement some protocols of key exchange with isakmp. So, I want to know where I can find the latest version for isakmp. Angelos Keromytis said to me that his version which is on the site ftp.funet.fi/pub/unix/security/net/ip/ wasn't the latest version ...

So, if anybody can indicate me where I can find a good version for isakmp or send me it.
