OAKLEY_3DES_CBC is now implemented in Pluto. In other words, Pluto's own messages (from a certain point in the protocol) can be encrypted using 3DES. The actual encryption used is negotiated between Pluto and its peer. I expect this addition will show up in the next snapshot.

I have also slightly generalized Pluto's handling of attributes. It will now accept long-format values of up to 32 significant bit values for OAKLEY_LIFE_DURATION and SA_LIFE_DURATION. Apparently this helps it interoperate with at least one other IKE (which ones?).
