linux-ipsec: Compile error.

Hi!

I've downloaded IPSec, added net/ipsec to source code dir, applied patches, configured, compiled kernel. now I tried to compile modules and mysterious error occurred:
ipsec_init.c:221: 'NETLINK_IPSEC' undeclared... ipsec_init.c:256: 'NETLINK_IPSEC' undeclared... or something like that... so i've looked in source code and I can't find declaration of NETLINK_IPSEC...
So I'm asking that it's and how i can fix it?

My system:Linux RedHat 5, kernel 2.1.105 SMP, i586.

Any help will be appreciated.
