linux-ipsec: Freeswan Help

Hello.

My name is Derick Cassidy. I am a Security consultant with EXOCOM enabling technologies corp. (http://www.exocom.com)

A little bit about me:

I have been a consultant for 3 years now. 2 of which have been security related. I am currently working in the Directory (X.500/LDAP) and Security (PKIs using Entrust, encrypted VPNs etc) fields. I would like to help with the S/Wan and particularly Linux Freeswan projects.

I have been researching what would be needed to integrated the IPSEC stack of linux with the entrust product offering.

I would like to see the certificate management offloaded from the machines. Certificate management, in particular Revocation lists, are what entust do very well. Are you aware of anyone who is currently looking at this? Would this be of help the the swan project?
