linux-ipsec: What is the CUrrent Status of Linux IPSEC

 Like the subject says I was wondering what the status of Linux IPSEC was?

I noticed that the SWAN site is not longer at Cygnus and I was wondering if SWAN has been abandonded or is there just a lull for the summer?

I tried to grab the archive but could not get it to download...
