Top-level, ie.:/ipsec? I don't run that, I just run '/usr/src/linux/# make x' and expect it to pick up whatever stuff it needs, cleanly. Is this possible/reasonable?

make runs cleanly from /ipsec/lib, creating both libs and then, if I try to compile klips it is happy...lets see if it loads as a module now...hmmm, seems ok at first glance...yup, seems to be ok.
