linux-ipsec: broken for a few days...

Hi all you bleeding edge snapshot pounders...

I have had a couple of days chasing down bugs caused by stale information in manpages (now deleted) causing all kinds of failures of previously working code. I think I have chased them all down. The changes are checked in and a snapshot should be available within an hour.

Can someone test the klips utils wrt RH5.x? I have made some changes that should clear up the problems that people were having.

I have just implemented ESP-NULL-MD5-96 and am in the process of testing it. It will be checked in when it appears to work.
