Bad news: this would appear to be a compiler bug, or some other problem in the compilation environment. You need someone who's expert (or at least knowledgeable) on gcc to help you with this one.

The place where the problem shows up is not even in the FreeS/WAN code itself, but in the Gnu GMP library which we include in our distribution.
