linux-ipsec: BUG: Patch parfs at incomplete command line argument

  In compiling FreeS/WAN on a Caldera OpenLinux-1.2 system (as there were no RedHat-4.2 systems out there in the stores) I ran into a problem with patch griping about -p not being enough of an argument.   The patch that broke is version 2.5, the RH is 2.1 but I don't trust the version numbering at all.
  For the life of me I don't know why it's there in the first place, but I hand patched it and it worked just fine.   Some free person needs to fix this some how.
