I still like the idea of being able to write an SA as a single token (e.g.
"esp1327@10.0.0.1"), but aside from that issue, I don't see any benefit in
revising the syntax of spigrp. Spigrp's arguments are a *sequence* of SAs,
and it is reasonable and proper to write them as a sequence.
