Anyone have any other ideas on the DHCP the following problem?

THanks,
Rob

Even when I specify the interface to use on the command line, which according to the dhcpd man page is what you do, I get the same message and dhcpd does not run.

I don't actually run DHCPd, but as I understand things, you can configure which I/Fs are allowed to listen and respond. You may want to shut off this I/F in your DHCPd configuration. Please correct me if I am way off.
