linux-ipsec: get connection refused when I put connection name in config file

I tried adding snt to the PLUTOLOAD and PLUTOSTART variables in the sysconfig/ipsec file.

If I use the following syntax:

PLUTOLOAD=snt
PLUTOSTART=snt

I get something like:

snt connect() refused

But when I type:

  ipsec auto snt add
  ipsec auto snt up

from the command line, everything works fine.
