Thanks for testing this -- this is a great time to shake the code down.

Things actually started to go off the rails a little earlier: Jan 27 17:04:17 chaos Pluto[1746]: \
Notify Message Type of ISAKMP Notification Payload has an unknown value: 24576

It turns out that I had neglected to educate Pluto about the IPSEC DOI Notify Message Types (it did know about the ISAKMP ones). I've done that now and have asked for a snapshot. Could you try again?
