[Bugs] mysterious messages from startup (I)
From: D. Hugh Redelmeier <hugh(at)mimosa.com>
Date: Tue Feb 25 2003 - 16:53:36 EST
dmesg shows the following mysterious messages: klips_info:ipsec_init: KLIPS startup, FreeS/WAN IPSec version: 2.00-rc1
divert: not allocating divert_blk for non-ethernet device ipsec0
divert: not allocating divert_blk for non-ethernet device ipsec1
divert: not allocating divert_blk for non-ethernet device ipsec2
divert: not allocating divert_blk for non-ethernet device ipsec3
divert_block is defined in
/usr/src/linux-2.4.18-24.8.0/include/linux/divert.h
It deals with "Frame Diversion", whatever that is.
I'm sure these messages don't matter, but they are alarming.
