[Design] BUG: Corrupted Makefile problem in -pre8
From: Hugh Daniel <hugh(at)road.toad.com>
Date: Wed Feb 19 2003 - 09:48:41 EST
I take freeswan--pre8 and tell it to "make oldgo", which now makes a module ipsec.o rather then a static one (sigh). It worked just fine. I then did something I don't often do, I did a "make minstall" rather then a "make kinstall", and now I get this error:
"""
I see no mangled binary as the above would suggest: east# find . ../linux-2.4.20/ -name ip\*dir east# The making of /kernel/ is clearly an error. I suspect that our makefile is corrupted. I would fix it, but I am not free to do that, here in the USSA or in the Free World so long as Americans live under the rule of Presidential Declaration... ||ugh Daniel Testing Fool hugh@freeswan.org Version: 2.6.3ia Charset: noconv Comment: For the matching public key, finger the Reply-To: address.
