  I think that you are misreading.
  We are *not* removing ipsec.conf, nor ipsec.d.   Since we do not create ipsec.secrets at install time, we do not need to remove it (or not remote it either).

  That's nice, but we need to write code to figure this out in a systematic way. For many, installing with RPM is really the best way to do this anyway.
