RGB: can you fix this?

Conversation from IRC:

<hugh>:

linux/include/freeswan/ipsec_param.h says:

        This file should be included before all other IPsec kernel-only files It includes a definition: #

        define CONFIG_IPSEC_DYNDEV 1
I get a warning when running make check that this conflicts with the definition in

        testing/packaging/modtest-noipcomp-01/config-noipcomp.h which is:

        #define CONFIG_IPSEC_DYNDEV

  1. should the first definition if surrounded by an ifdef?
  2. should the second definition define it to be 1? Note: testing passes anyway.
Do you need help?X

<mcr>:

hugh, RGB finished config-noipcomp.h. The one in ipsec_param.h should have an #ifndef around it.

<hugh>:

I think that all definitions should be consistent too.
