[Design] ANNOUNCE: Super FreeS/WAN 1.99.6 Released

I've released 1.99.6 today, some new features and an important bugfix for anyone using AES-256.

New & Noteable:  

• Aggressive Mode for Initiator ONLY (This is Henrik's patch)
• Updated to includes X.509 0.9.25 (add wildcard support for DNs)
• Bugfix with AES 256 proposal being rejected due to new strict proposal checking code. This bug was introduced in 1.99.5.
