[Design] Re: Complie a "modified" FreeSwan
From: Andreas Steffen <andreas.steffen(at)strongsec.net>
Date: Thu Mar 27 2003 - 05:36:41 EST If you make changes to pluto only then
make
in the pluto directory plus ipsec setup restart is all that is needed to incorporating changes. If you make changes to other userland programs like e.g. utils/_confread, utils/auto, etc. then
make programs
in the freeswan directory will compile and install the changes. If you make changes in the kernel, then build KLIPS as a module by typing make module
in the freeswan directory and copy the
/lib/modules/<kernel version>/kernel/net/ipsec Regards Andreas Calvin writes: Andreas Steffen e-mail: andreas.steffen@strongsec.com strongSec GmbH home: http://www.strongsec.com Alter Zürichweg 20 phone: +41 1 730 80 64CH-8952 Schlieren (Switzerland) fax: +41 1 730 80 65 ==========================================[strong internet security]=== _______________________________________________Design mailing list Design@lists.freeswan.org http://lists.freeswan.org/mailman/listinfo/design Received on Thu Mar 27 06:49:15 2003 This archive was generated by hypermail 2.1.8 : Wed Aug 23 2006 - 12:59:57 EDT |
