AFAIK, the NetBSD status is that it sort-of works both using IPv6 and IPv4 transport, using IPv6 API. IPv4 API support is still very much todo.

I'm saying sort-of since the code is still going through fairly extensive modifications. Once we get some more stability, the next step is REA.
