[Hipsec] (no subject)

Hi everyone!

Here is the -02 version of the draft-jokela. We will submit it to the IETF after San Francisco. The following list of changes is direct copy from the change history section.

And no implementation changes are required before San Francisco :-)

Changes from -01:

1. OAKLEY groups made a return to DIFFIE-HELLMAN TLV
2. The Host Identity field in HOST_ID and HOST_ID_FQDN TLVs was converted to RDATA format. The Algorithm field was removed since the information is already in the RDATA.
3. The FQDN length field in the HOST_ID_FQDN TLV has been moved to be in the fixed part of the TLV.
4. BIRTHDAY_COOKIE: clarification to byte order
5. Checksum clarification
6. HIP header definition clarification
