Hi,

I wanted to use freeswan to setup ipsec in network to network configuration. I have successfully installed freeswan modules on two gateways. I also created the ipsec.conf files as suggested in configuration files. But I unable to proceed further because the command:

ipsec auto --start net-to-net

gives an error as follows:

ipsec auto: unknown option '--start'

How can I overcome this problem. Can anybody kindly help me out.

Note: I was able to start the ipsec successfully with the command:

service ipsec start

Do you need help?X

also verfied the installtion with command:

ipsec verify

works as secified in the installation doc. I experimented with this command

service ipsec start net-to-net

but resulting in more problems.
