You are right. I forgot to mention that the internal interface of vpngw2 has the higest IP in all the subnet ranges as an alias on its internal interface. So it also has 193.110.157.78/29

Otherwise, the whole thing also wouldn't work without IP sec, which it does. It is SSH-Sentinel which is causing the wrong arps in its local segment. But thanks for looking at it :)
