Date: Sat Mar 01 2003 - 04:09:38 EST SuSE 8.0 Professional comes with a FreeS/WAN RPM that includes the X.509 patch. Unfortunately it is a rather old version. You can download a binary SuSE 8.0 RPM for freeswan-1.98b with x509patch-0.9.13 from Kurt Garloffs site: http://www.suse.de/~garloff/linux/FreeSWAN/ We used this RPM at our university to upgrade SuSE 8.0 without recompiling the kernel.
