[Users] Windows IPsec API

Hi guys,

I have released an open source C++ library that implements an API for interacting with built-in Windows IPsec driver. It is self-contained and is capable of creating all policies one can create with MMC, IPsecPol or VPNtool.

A friend of mine suggested that some people on this list might be interested in this kind of thing. I apologize if the post is an offtopic.
