I have a test server with only 1 network card. I am simulating a NAT box using IP aliases. Here is the ipsec.conf on the server :

config setup

	interfaces="ipsec0=eth0:0"
	klipsdebug=none
	plutodebug=all
	plutoload=%search
	plutostart=%search
	uniqueids=yes

conn %default
	keyingtries=0
	authby=secret

conn roadwarrior-net
	left=10.0.0.1
	leftsubnet=192.168.1.0/24
	leftnexthop=192.168.1.242
	right=%any
	rightnexthop=
	rightsubnet=
	auto=add

Now here is the config on the client:

config setup

        interfaces="ipsec0=wlan0"
	plutodebug=all
conn roadwarrior-net
	left=%any
	right=10.0.0.1
	rightsubnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0
	presharedkey=123456789123456789
	network=auto
	auto=start
	pfs=yes

I start ipsec on both the client and the server, I have the client set with an ip address of 10.0.0.2/24, it can access the server and the Internet but I do not see any ipsec traffic. What did I do wrong?

How can I see a log of who is trying to connect to my server with IPSEC? I am lost and frustrated, I have been working on this for 2 weeks. Please help.

Haim.
