[Users] VPN question / Phase1 ID

Hi NG / Developers
Can someone say to something to "Phase1 ID"? Where and how can I set the parameters for the "Phase1 ID"? Because I must get a connection (IPCOP) with Raptor. Raptor needs a "Phase1 ID" in certain cases.
