[Users] vpn + ip

Hi,

I´m trying to build a framework for remote monitoring and management, using a vpn connection to our custumers, but I have faced a big problem. Our software monitor scans a ip range for any hosts to monitor, and problaby will be more than one with the same range (usually 192.168.x.x or 172.16.x.x).
Is there any vpn configuration that could help me in that case ?
