From: Alexandra Navarro <laracroft(at)zaralinux.com>
Date: Fri Apr 11 2003 - 12:41:24 EDT Hello I need to connect a win2000/xp with a freeswan 199 (+x509) server for accessing to the network behind it. WinXPpro -------->internet<------>gateway with freeswan<------>LAN I have tried to do all steps in this webs and use that vpn client utility: http://vpn.ebootis.de/ My problem is this: I run the command 'ipsec.exe'. Here's the output:
C:\ipsec>ipsec
Deactivating old policy...
Connection roadwarrior:
Connection roadwarrior-net:
C:\ipsec> After that, I try to ping to a local ip in the other side and nothing happen. It should say 'Negotiating IP Security' a few times, and then give ping responses. But it isn't say this.. and the ping doesn't work Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Alexandra.
