[Users] pfkey write failed returning -1 with errno=22

[root@FreeSwan etc]# ipsec manual --up mysample /usr/local/lib/ipsec/spi --label mysample: pfkey write failed, returning -1 with errno=22 Invalid argument, check kernel log messages for specifics.  

My os is redhat 9.0 freeswan is Linux FreeS/WAN U1.99/K2.00-rc4 Can somebody help me?
