Re: [Users] Unexplained no passphrase error

Hi,

your certificate and key files seem to have the wrong format:

  • The public certificate "reassure.XXXX.XXX.pem" must not be password protected and should be readable using the command

openssl x509 -in reassure.XXXX.XXX.pem -noout -text

  • The private key "reassure.XXXX.XXX.key" can optionally be password protected and should be readable using the command

openssl rsa -in reassure.XXXX.XXX.key -noout -text

and entering the optional pass phrase.

How did you generate these two files?

Regards

Do you need help?X

Andreas
