RE: [Users] IPv6 IPsec

what kind of software are you using for this test? I would currently assume one of software packages available at http://www.ipv6.iabg.de, right? Or are you trying something with USAGI kernels and FreeS/WAN software? You need to set the option "connaddrfamily=ipv6" in the connections definition in ipsec.conf. Otherwise whack will refuse to recognize the given IP addresses as IPv6 address. This leads us the to the other error message in which the script _plutoconfread does not know the option connaddrfamily. Has there been another FreeS/WAN software package installed *before* you installed the IPv6-FreeS/WAN? Because the IPv6-FreeS/WAN ships enhanced versions of several scripts which know this option. Can you check if the scripts in /usr/local/lib/ipsec matches the ones included in our software package? Hope this helps, Gerhard Gerhard Geßler
