I'm no expert, but I tried a similar set up with Windows XP behind NAT, and I couldn't get it to work. I could see the packets coming in the tunnel, but then they just "disappeared". Microsoft released an update to support NAT-T, but it crashed a lot of people's internet connections. Your best bet for connecting through a NAT box is using SSH Sentinel or similar client. That worked for me.
