[Users] request for assistance

Good Day!  

We have setup Freeswan (host to host) on two computers. However we have
a problem accessing a remote database on the "left computer" of the
connection. What do you think is the problem? We need the IPsec connection
running when accessing the remote database on the "left computer".

This was the error message:
ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on "IP address" (111)
