It indeed is a communication problem. I'm going out via wireless
adapter. Windows XP seems to be hardcoded to MTU size 1314 Bytes and
thus is fragmenting everything that is larger than those 1314bytes.
Well, one of the isakmp packets is 1318bytes long. Probably the one
the cert is sent.
I really do hope the windows programmers did not hardcode this lousy mtu size of 1314bytes. At least whatever MTU size I changed with DrTCP absolutely nothing changed on the Windows XP behaviour. MTU for this wireless adapter stayed at 1314 bytes. Could it also be a bad adapter driver? If anybody in this list has the same experience and could solve it, please let me know. My wireless adapter is a D-Link 650+. TIA
