Could you *please* change klipsdebug=all to

   klipsdebug=none
   plutodebug=all

and run your log again. I cannot detect any pluto activity. The only thing that I see is that kernel and userland versions do not match:

 > ipsec_setup: Starting FreeS/WAN IPsec U1.92/K1.97...

BTW - freeswan-1.92 is *extremely* old. We don't even keep it

       in our museum ;-)
