[Users] Adding cipher algorithm to FreeS/WAN 1.98b

Hello,

Could anyone help me with or advise me regarding how to add a custom cipher algorithm to the FreeS/WAN 1.98b codebase? Otherwise kindly guide me to other resources that deal with this issue.
