DBT2 Benchmark against MySql 4.0

Hi,

I am trying to use the MySql 4.0 which is the default version that comes with RHEL4. Now, I want to use DBT2 Benchmark on this, Could you please let me know which version of DBT2 would be compatible with it and what is the step by step procedure to load the data and run the benchmark.
