Thanks so much.
I forgot one step that running into single user mode before restore database or restore on all node. May be tre problem because I just running restore on only one node. Thanks again.

did you do the "ndb_restore -r ..." step for *all* data nodes?

if you only did "ndb_restore -r ..." for one node as shown in your posting then you have only restored one node fragment of the data so missing records would be to be expected
