Yes the solution 4 is greet but only with 2 switch in the case of on switch going down the second one is here. We need also to have to link between the both rack of the cluster.
With only 1 switch the risk of down is increased.

Solution 4 seems like the best but 2 switches per rack seems an
overkill, remember that you can
actually lose a rack and still continue. So even with single switch
per rack you have no single
point of failure. Also Ethernet bonding is probably not necessary in
that case.
