Sorry, Let me be a little more specific here. For a mysqld instance to
connect to the cluster, you only need the ndb-connectstring= variable
and ndbcluster option set within the my.cnf.
There are some other cluster specific options to mysqld which you may
want to set but they are not mandatory.
