Log:
- Big reorganisation.
  • New option for mysqli_debug() that's mysqlnd only - m With 'm' mysqlnd will turn on memory allocation debugging. In other words, it will dump the calls the the memory allocation functions in the trace log, of course if possible ('t' threshold is not too low or even not tracing).
  • More statistics - stat names renamed to mem_emalloc -> mem_emalloc_count and mem_emalloc_ammount added The same for most of the functions.
