MySQL 5.0 XML support

Mark,

MySQL Connector/J 5.1.2 beta supports JDBC4.0 SQLXML. MySQL 5.0/5.1 has to support SQL:2003 standard 'XML' data type for SQLXML support in the JDBC driver. But, MySQL 5.0/5.1 does not support the SQL:2003 standard XML data type.
