9111 Move error, BUG reopened?

Hi,

I'm migrating from version of SapDB 7.3 to MaxDB 7.6.2.10 downloaded from SDN and instaled in a RedHat Enterprise 4.

when executing some SQL i get on kenell diags the follow error:

seeking the lists if found the message http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb/25511 that points to a know BUG, is this the same case?
